We invite you to come and stay in our 18th century farmhouse on our hillside sheep farm in Vermont. Our farm offers beautiful views, quiet pastures with sheep grazing, country roads, wild flowers, and a lovely covered porch to relax on. We are located on a dirt road, four miles outside of the village of Chelsea. Grand View Farm is the perfect B&B setting for a family vacation, an outdoor adventure weekend, sister's retreat, fiber retreat, girlfriend's gathering, or an intimate group meeting.

2013 Rates

Farmhouse Family Suite-A Farm Bed & Breakfast Experience
Options:

Two bedrooms which share a bath, sitting room, and porch - sleeps four - includes full country breakfast -two night min.stay - $200/night

One bedroom with a bath, sitting room and porch - sleeps two - includes full country breakfast - $135/night

A cot may be added to either room for an additional fee of $30/night.

(Two night mininimum stay required.)
A 9% Vermont rooms & meals tax is added to the price of the room.  All rates include breakfast. (breakfast prepared with locally grown organic foods).  All rates are based upon 2 people/room. A $30 fee is charged per night for each additional person.

Where We Are

Our farm is centrally located in the Green Mountain state making day trips to explore some of Vermont's main attractions just a short car trip away.  Spend a day touring quaint villages, covered bridges, antique shops, or sampling artisan cheeses at local farms. Meander through one of Vermont's farmer's markets, which feature locally grown vegetables and hand crafted items. Bicycling, hiking, and canoeing are all within easy reach of our farm. Country dirt roads, open fields, and state forests provide hours of cycling, hiking, and snowshoeing, all just outside our door.
