| ~Rooms & Rates~ Our home consists of two antique capes built adjoining one another. The older cape was built in the 1700's and possesses all of the charm of a historic home with wide board floors and exposed beams. There are two bedrooms, one featuring two twin beds and the other offering a queen bed. Our B&B farm stay rooms have their own private outside entrance and covered porch with a comfortable sitting room. This suite provides the perfect place for small reunions, groups, or families. A large country breakfast is served in the sitting room or on the porch. We also offer a continental breakfast for those wishing a lighter fare and less expensive rates. |

| VT Grand View Farm is a working sheep farm. Tucked away on a dirt road, our farm offers a quiet retreat, rest, and relaxation. Experience true rural farm life away from the bustle of tourist spots. However, we are centrally located in Vermont and within an hour's drive to numerous attractions. Allow us to help plan your outing or just relax on the porch. While visiting our farm, we invite you to join us for chores, meet our animals, stroll the country roads, or just enjoy the wonderful view of the Green Mountains. For those wanting to dine at the farm, we offer dinners with a 2 day notice. All dinners feature local, organically grown foods. Please inquire about dining here at the farm. |
| ~Rooster's Room~ Our Rooster Room has a queen size bed and an antique oak desk. It features wide wood paneling and a long window bench. The barn is just outside the window of this room and you may even hear our rooster, Cornelius, crow in the morning. |
